Hi, I'm Phil and I live in Hampshire with my
wife and son, Ive kept birds for
about four years now and shown them, but this is my first year at breeding them. I also have two pairs of Lancs, one of which has gone down, and a pair of Crests that are building, along with three pairs of Lizards, one pair gone down.
I want to concentrate on these breeds, as I like the rare canaries, but I have to say the Lizards are my favourite!
cheers Phil

Hi Steve, one question I do have is that the Lizard
hen I have has only laid two eggs ,one Sunday and another Tuesday, I have set them after using dummies, as I dont expect any more, is this normal for Lizards?

The show is on October 24th Dave , its Eastbourne & District CBS but they have given me a Rare Breeds & Old Variety Section and the Sussex Zone of the CCBA will be running a Colour Canary Section ---so its like three shows in one . Hope you can make it Dave , its the day before the Classic so I don't expect you can bring any Lizards but we'd love to see your Lancs. I've got full OVCA patronage .

Regards Paul.
