hi paul kieran from across the pond ive gathered a few birds now going to club show on sunday im thinking of showing a few birds what i want to ask is it ok to line the end the end of the cage or should it be paper also the hens i loand out have come back with three young im keeping these back for our club open show any hints on how to steady birds for showing ive added training cages to the front of their cages to allow them to hop in and out im showing the birds in the aov class as their is no section for lizards yet

paul ive leftsome words should i line the end of the cage with seed or should it be paper

If you mean the bottom of the cage, idealy it should be covered with blotting paper, but a matt white paper will suffice.

If you mean the little box part on the right hand side (bottom) then yes, a plain canary seed or mixed will suffice.
